Process

We pride ourselves on our carefully controlled production process ensuring the highest quality standards from start to finish.

Logos and Personal Messages

Our design team starts by preparing our clients message or logo to be screen printed onto their chosen product. In addition to conventional printing, we use the latest digital technology to produce high quality prints in house.

Artwork

You can send your artwork to us in a variety of file formats via floppy disc, zip disc, CD, ISDN or email. We are conveniently compatible with both Mac and PC formats.

Printing

Specially formulated inks used in the printing process are designed to withstand light and other conditions encountered later on in the process.

Casting

After the mold has been created, a layer of carefully prepared acrylic mixture is poured in. The embedded mold is then put in position and filled up. The castings are cured in a pressure vessel, usually overnight, before we move onto the next step in the process.

Machining and Polishing

The acrylic castings are produced individually or in blocks of multiples. Ranges of both hi-tech and traditional tools are used to cut and mill the blocks. The machined parts are then hand-polished to a high standard and then annealed to remove any residue.

Full Inspection and Packaging

The finished article is essentially a handcrafted individual product, which is carefully inspected. No two products are ever the same and each one is approved from both an aesthetic and engineering perspective before being packaged and dispatched to the customer.

The images below show examples of the drawings produced by our graphic artists which are approved by the client before manufacture, and the finished product.
